Family Medicine Notes uses Canada Post expedited parcel exclusively for shipping. Faster shipping methods are available upon request for additional charges. We strive to ship orders out next business day but due to unforeseen circumstances the shipping process can sometimes be delayed. Please allow up to one week for us to process your order and then up to 7 business days for shipping prior to reporting a delayed shipment. These conditions do not apply to the
pre-sale of the new editions that are released every January. Be advised that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
