How often is the book updated?
The book is updated with the newest guidelines every December.

When can I start purchasing the latest edition?
Pre-sale for the newest edition will start every November/December. Shipping will start in end of December / early January in the order the pre-sale orders were placed.

Is there a discount for group / bulk orders?
Yes! You receive a 10% discount for orders of 10 or more HARD COPY books (the discount is applied automatically as soon as your cart has 10 or more) or 20% discount for orders of 20 or more HARD COPY books (the discount is again applied automatically for 20 or more)

Can I order multiple eBooks?
No. Because we require personal information (such as email) for each user, we require customers to order their own eBooks. We provide stickers with discount codes on the inside cover of the hard copy book. Once a buyer has their hard copy textbook they can use the discount code to purchase an eBook at a discounted rate.

How long does it take to ship the book?
Family Medicine Notes: Preparing for the CCFP Exam hard copy books are shipped through Canada Post from Hamilton, Ontario and typically takes between 1 to 6 business days, depending on location. Tracking is available for orders within Canada.
FMN: Inbox Management books are shipped with Canada Post regular mail (i.e. no tracking) and takes between 3 to 12 business days, depending on location.

Can my group order be shipped to separate locations?
The shipping cost quoted is for shipping to one location.  Additional locations will result in additional fees. Please CONTACT US for any further questions.

Can I pick up the book?
Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up option
